Watch TV programs and news and you see more and more glass being vandalized by etching.
Today alone, we had two calls where etching was the issue. In one case, it was from one of our glazing company clients. They originally had their office windows protected with our Anti-Graffiti window film. After a few months, someone took to the glass with a gun, breaking it. The film kept it safely in place.
Last week those panes were replaced with new reflective glass, making it very hard to see inside. The glass company did not inform us until this morning. Upon inspection, I found a rather large scratch and pointed it out to them. "Oh, yes, some #%*&* picked up a stone and started to etch the glass!" Because he could not see inside, he was unaware that someone had seen him and consequently got a real shock, when he got chased down the road by a rather large glazier.
Before the end of the day, the new glass is now protected from the little "$%^4%"
Applying a clear anti-graffiti film can safe you a lot of money, because it is a lot cheaper to replace than glass, especially large store front windows. Give any member of Master Tinters a call for a free consultation. In the Waikato, call me.
