.... and the slow season at the same time.
One way is to close your doors and go on holiday.
Another is to get a job.
We prefer to keep going.
I talk to a lot of people and especially this weekend, where we have a stand at the Franchise and Business Opportunity Show. One common thread appears to be the message that you cannot do it alone. For small business, you need to have a connection to a group with similar goals.
We have over the years encouraged a team spirit and gained some strong ties with other window tinting companies in many areas of New Zealand. In the process, our window film distribution has become the biggest privately owned company. Why? Because we have never stopped caring about our customers. Some of our corporate distributors appear to forget that customers need looking after..... especially when times are tough.
Now we tend to get our fair share of the iconic Kiwi "Tall Poppy Syndrome" trying to keep everybody down at the same level. Raise your head above the rest and you're sure to get attention. Thanks for the compliment!
Through the Master Tinters group you will find the right product and service, with the assurance of dealing with a business with thorough knowledge.
How to survive the downturn? Keep doing it right, don't compromise and use a network of like minded people.
