You can't win them all!

What is your rate of success, when you have a prospective client phone you for a quote?

I guess the first hurdle you have to clear is for the customer to find your number. You then have to make the first impression, by simply answering the phone in person.

You would be surprised the number of times we hear the caller making the comment about the lack of having a call answered. At Tint Pro, we aim to respond a 100% with a curteous and helpful answer. By the time the client hangs up, we know what their problem is and have a fair idea, how to solve it. All the questions a homeowner had should be addressed and explained.

From there on, the next step is to see the problem first hand and leave sufficient information to enable them to make a decision.

We know Ceramic film is a bit more costly than the normal films. Both options should be presented to the client and it is up to them to make the choice. Provided you are honest and genuine about helping to solve their concerns, whichever way they go, will be good.

Will you win every quote? Of course not, but you will get pretty close, if you play by the rules.

A survey we had conducted a while back showed the only reason we did not win a job was only ever on price. We are happy with this, as we pay our installers good money to do good jobs and would not compromise on this ever. Nor would we lower the quality of our films, just to become cheaper. Window tinting is more than just sticking a foil on glass.

We follow an "excellence in customer service" program, which ensures a minimum of unhappy experiences and our entire team is dedicated to its success.
