What is important? Price or quality?

You know the type, calling every possible company in the Yellow Pages, asking for the best price of tinting....... what is this person expecting? A good job, using good materials? Reality check!

You can buy a loaf of bread for a Dollar or $4. It's bread, right? Sure.
The cheap loaf may weigh 450g and look big.
The $4 loaf probably weighs 750g of around the same size.
You eat some of each bread on the day. Fine.
You may now make a sandwich the next day. Guess what, the cheap loaf of bread is all dry & hard, you throw it away. The expensive loaf is still soft for the next 5 days.
Which is better value?
The same goes for window film. What you see on a roll may not be what you see on your car or home a few months later. Purple, shrinking and bubbling film is a reality and it happens all too quickly. Now you are faced with the dilemma of living with it (and the remarks of your friends) or the cost or re-tinting. This time, you have the additional cost of removing the bad film and along with it the risk of damaging the glass.
Worth the initial savings? You be the judge......

In New Zealand you have the advantage of finding a good quality window film dealer by looking up a member of Master Tinters. You will probably find cheaper options, but is it worth the risk?

We use the best suited films for your situation and needs. This can be a conventional metallized or a higher performing and optically superior nano-ceramic film. We can show you the difference and will leave the choice up to you.... but we will not try to sell you the $1 version, because we want you to have a good experience and many years of benefits to save you money in the long run.

i think price and quality usually are a team. The pricey products usually last. I'm saying this based on experience.

I agree, you should go price for a better quality for it to last and its better all around. Usually they are only slightly more expensive than a lesser quality. Has anyone had any work done with window tinting in Sacramento?
